Job Summary

The Operational Risk & Resiliency team helps the Bank to enhance its ability to withstand, adapt to, and recover from disruptions while continuing to deliver its critical operations.

The Business Analyst, Operational Risk & Resiliency intern will support the Operational Resiliency Canadian Banking team by analyzing the critical operations and interdependencies and collaborating with key stakeholders to assess resilience capabilities though scenario testing.

Collaborate with operational risk partners, across multiple lines of business to ensure successful and timely execution of Operational Resilience program requirements
Partnering with IT and Operations colleagues, using a variety of tools and technologies, create process maps of critical processes and assets (people, process, premises, technology, third party and data)
Support project requirements, timelines, and reporting
Organize a variety of documents in a SharePointbased reference library
Assist in developing procedure documents to define the roles, responsibilities, and processes to execute the requirements in the Operational Resilience Standard
