Customer Service Representative
Red Arrow is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based out of our downtown Ticket Office Street). This is a full-time position, working between hours per week. Shifts fall between 7:15 am and 7:00 pm. Weekend availability is required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, make/confirm/change and cancel reservations, process payments, handle cash, assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check in process, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches, provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.
