Parkway Storage is currently recruiting for
Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Reporting to the Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following, but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

Daily management of storage facility, tenant records, information systems and staff.
Provide excellent customer service to existing tenants and rent new units to new customers.
Opening & Closing Procedures, Cash Handling, and Bank Deposits/Reconciliations
Keep the facility up to the highest of cleanliness standards (i.e., cleaning high touch areas, cleaning units, sweeping, picking up trash around the property, etc.)
Confirm reservations, rent storage units, present lease agreements, and collect rental payments
Maintain property appearance by cleaning facility daily
Perform daily inspection of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked and rent ready
Sell, order and maintain various products and services as part of the retail business
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

This opportunity is part-time with shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
