Labourer to join our highly skilled team at our
Red Deer, AB branch.

The shift rotation for this position is
5x2.
The hourly rate for this position is
$27.31 per hour plus applicable premiums.

Responsibilities include but are not limited too:

  • Responsible for moving tools, equipment and other materials to and from work areas.
  • Deliver vehicles and pickup vehicles from customer sites.
  • Washing and detailing company vehicles to quality standards
  • Assisting mechanical, electrical, and body repairs of heavy equipment.
  • Perform general shop clean up and equipment/parts cleaning.
  • Steam clean, prepare and paint components.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Have a strong awareness and attitude towards workplace health and safety.
  • Motivated and able to work in a challenging environment with mínimal supervision.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to operate with a forklift and crane.
  • Possess good communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy with a variety of individuals and groups.
  • Possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, acute safety awareness.
  • Proven ability to adhere to and maintain workplace health and safety initiatives.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • WHMIS, and TDG training certification is an asset.
  • Preemployment Medical
