Superintendent
We are seeking full-time a Superintendent to live on-site and work at our residential building in Dundas, Ontario. We invite couples or teams of two to apply.

As strategic members of our team, you will have the following proven technical knowledge and skills:

  • Self-starter
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent cleaning skills
  • Basic skills in plumbing, electrical an asset
  • Courteous and professional with employees and tenants
  • Ability to show vacant suites to prospective tenants
  • Assist with the preparation of vacant suites
  • Experience in similar role required
  • Ability to follow direction from Property Manager

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Pay:
$85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
