Description

Care Plus Physiotherapy is now seeking to hire a full time clinic manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Train new/existing staff.

Manage patient flow.

Supervise each staff to accomplish their daily tasks

Follow up with insurances regarding patients products and provide documents needed

Manage social media accounts. Monitor online social media campaigns with facebook, instagram, google

Prepare weekly promotional materials and update customer loyalty programs

Position Requirements:

Two year Clinic Manager experience preferred

Knowledge of computer programs, familiarity with Telus eClaims, Universal software and Janeapp.

Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task

Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment

Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.

Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.

Excellent communication and listening skills, both oral and written

Must be a team player

Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
