is currently recruiting for the following position:
Logistics Coordinator - Purchasing and Logistics - Temporary Contract


Key responsibilities include:


  • All record keeping of pulp inventory, movements and preparation of various reports.
  • Inputting data and maintaining SAP processes.
  • Oversee inventory is balanced, accurate and updated.
  • Oversee coordination of trucking, movement of pulp and containerization.
  • Ensure that loads are being delivered without delay to destination.
  • Ensure proper handling of bills of lading and information accuracy.
  • Develop reliable relationships with trucking companies, cargo handlers and freight forwarders.
  • Ensure proper handling of customer requests.
  • Ensure proper problem solving when irregularities affecting costs, timeliness of pulp movement and special needs of customers are encountered.
  • Assist Logistics Manager in ad hoc assignments, generating ad hoc reports from time to time.

Qualifications:


  • College diploma or equivalent, in a related field.
years' experience in a related field considered an asset.

  • Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Excellent computer, interpersonal, communication, organization and leadership skills are essential.
  • Advanced level of knowledge in MS Excel.
