We are looking for an
Operations Administrator, Account Openings for our iA Private Wealth offices in Montreal.

The Operations Officer will be responsible for opening and updating client accounts and processing various transactions related to these accounts.

More specifically, your duties will be to:
Receive, validate, and process account opening and update documents including:

Analyze the documents ;
Proceed with the opening and/or updates of accounts in the ISM/OSS system ;
Performing various coding of special projects ;
Proceed with the return of mail ;
Verify information entered into the system ;
All other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma;
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position;
Excellent oral and written language skills due to frequent interaction with English and French speaking colleagues and clients across Canada ;
Experience in administrative support and customer service;
Speed and accuracy in data entry;
Reliability and concern for quality;
Ability to work under pressure;
Ability to work well in a team environment.
