Program Coordinators play a vital role in the successful coordination and execution of various projects and programs within an organization.

Program Coordinators often work in dynamic environments and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


Program Administration:
Collaborate with Program team on current programs and provide day to day administrative support for ongoing activities and deliverables both internally and externally


Documentation and Reporting:

In partnership with the Program team, develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.

Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to program sponsors, management, and other stakeholders as required.


Resource Management:
Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support program activities. Monitor resource utilization and take appropriate actions to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.


Service Line Support:
Collaborate and support our Sourcing and Finance teams with key program deliverables and work in tandem with Leadership to ensure tasks are managed effectively and meet SLA and KPI requirements


Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality program outcomes. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.


Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and enhanced program effectiveness. Participate in lessons learned exercises and incorporate feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, facilities management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a program coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
Knowledge of program management best practices and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
