What you'll do - As a member of the Registrars' Office management team, you will be instrumental in helping bring exceptional experiences to our students through the development, implementation and management of a portfolio of Registrar's Office functions. You will be a senior leader in the Registar's Office and will lead a team that will provide exceptional services to students and staff. You will bring a deep knowledge of course scheduling processes and the ability to lead a team through the complexity of university timetabling. We are looking for someone to help us continue to improve all of our services, functions and exceptional experiences for our students and employee community. You will work with a team of talented student service professionals, an engaged community and a driven executive team. You will be part of the team responsible for all registrarial services at the University.
What you'll bring - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of five years' experience in the Registrar's Office in a postsecondary institution in roles of progressive complexity and responsibility including the responsibility for supervision of staff.

Days and Hours of Work
- Our standard work week is Monday to Friday, 8:30am 4:00pm, dependent on departmental needs. A hybrid office program is available to all employees allowing for remote work. A modified work week is also available.
