Description
Duties:
- Direct and coordinates the financial planning and budget management functions.
- Recommend benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance of division departments.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
- Oversee daily operations of the finance department.
- Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
- Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal reporting requirements, liaison for local audits.
- Establish and implement short
- Serve on planning and policymaking committees.
- Cash management and banking responsibilities
- Maintain SOX compliancy.
- Oversee local IT and Network administration
- Responsible for managing capital budget and capital return on investment decisions.
- Responsible for plant inventory, conducting periodic inventory calculations and physical inventories.
- Member of plant Senior Management
