POSITION OVERVIEW


CHALLENGES TO BE MET- Analyse, design, document, configure, develop, test and deliver the appropriate technical solutions (Mostly on Microsoft 365 cloud plateform and Genesys) based on information architecture, functional and non-functional requirements- Collaborate with various IT Specialist and business representative in order to understand complexities and impacts of the proposed solutions- Produce specifications, user stories, acceptance criterias and produce technical documentation supporting IT operations- Participate in the change management for maximum user adoption and train supporting teams- Watch M365 solution Roadmap and Genesys, new functionalities, evaluate impact and risk and proceed with recommendations- Perfect and ensure the proper execution of unit tests and/or tests automation.

Will flag bugs prior to delivering the functionalities to Quality Assurance- Participate in the implementation in various environments (test and production) Supplies second-level technical support in order to solve production problems and provide support according to established service levels- Monitor and manage the performance of the solutions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent- Minimum of 3 years in IT- Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Genesys Experience with the « SharePoint Framework » (an asset)- Experience with Cloud operating environments- Knowledge of Contact Center processes- Knowledge of / practical experience with development/deployment best practices and methodology- Strong analysis, documentation and problem-solving skills- Experience with user support in a post deployment phase of a solution- Ability to maintain a trusted relationship with business partners- Proven leadership and organizational skills, and strong sense of autonomy and initiative- Practical experience in task estimates- Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server- Experience with project delivery in agile mode (DAD, Scrum, Kanban)- Fully bilingual and excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
