Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating with customers through various means.
  • Delivering customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • A thorough understanding of our inventory management software and the ability to use information given to make decisions.
  • Examine stocking levels to determine shortages and overages.
  • Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues.
  • Providing ideas and insights to continually improve processes and functions of the company.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Class G Ontario driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour

  • London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
