11 hours per day on a rotation of 6 weeks: 3 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 3 weeks for rest.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Security and Emergency Response Supervisor, the Safety Officer ensures the safety of workers at the mine site and the preservation of company property

Specifically, he will:

Ensures that company policies and procedures are followed by all workers;
Enforces the company's traffic safety code;
Responds to securityrelated events, produces and writes various reports;
Supports dispatchers and replaces them if necessary;
Participates in the logistics of transporting workers and carries out luggage searches;
Ensures the safety of passengers at Donaldson Airport;
If necessary, performs any other tasks requested by his immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

High school diploma;
Security guard training certification;
2 years experience as a security guard is an asset;
Experience in the mining industry is an asset;
Good knowledge of MS Office software;
First Aid Training in the Workplace;
Bilingualism in French and English;
Possess a valid driver's license (4A if possible).
