Project: Blackwater Gold
Construction of a gold mine crushing circuit and processing circuit
Location: Near Vanderhoof, BC
Schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off, 10 hour per day
Benefits and RRSP Provided as per collective agreement
Camp Provided
Travel Available if Applicable
Conducting material testing using various techniques and equipment
Recording and analyzing data from material tests
Preparing samples for testing and analysis
Knowledge of calibration, maintenance, and testing of equipment
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Adequate communication skills and ability to present technical data and reports
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional duties as required
Experience Requirements:
Certification or diploma (Civil Engineering) in relevant field would be considered an asset
2+ years of experience in material testing and analysis
Knowledge and experience of various testing equipment, (ASTM/ATT/CSA) test procedures
CSTS 09 or CSTS2020
