Human Resources L&D Student for May - August 2023 located in the community of

La Broquerie/Steinbach, MB.


Your days will include:

***- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new and existing employees.

  • Conduct research on current training methods and best practices in the industry.
  • Assist with the coordination of training events and activities.
  • Create and update training materials and presentations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and provide support for employee development initiatives.
  • Manage attendance and maintain records including uploading documents

To succeed in this role, you need to possess:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in a related field such as human resources, education, or business administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
