Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Verify required information is obtained from customer, all accountable parties are identified
  • Research contract paperwork, agreements, assessments, and customer information
  • Trace missing items
  • Ensure case communications and paperwork are systematically catalogued and filed
  • Record accurate diary notes related to customer or supplier conversations, enter agencysettled claim information into system
  • Prepare statistical and settlement reports and spreadsheets
  • Work with Finance team on billing and payables matters
Qualifications and Preferred Skills

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in a customer service role (corporate office setting)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience with customer relations, customer service and problemsolving situations
  • Process and results oriented; excellent organization skills
  • Bilingual (English/French) language skills an asset
Education and Certification Requirements
High School diploma required; however, College diploma/degree (secondary education) preferred

Salary range $18-$20/hr
