Operations include two manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Customer Solution Centres located in Langley, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg.

We are currently recruiting for a Summer Service Technicians to join our Winnipeg location for summer work from May until the end of August.

This position is Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm making $18.32 per hour. This would be a great summer job working for a great company

This Summer Service Technician is responsible for making local service calls for sealed unit replacements in customers' homes on All Weather Windows products and operating a company truck.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

Operates service truck and services local calls in homes and businesses
Installation of glass / sealed units in homes and businesses
Inspecting job sites and measuring sealed units
Heavy lifting of glass to complete site glazing
Maintains detailed paperwork
Representing All Weather Windows to homeowners
Complying with all Health & Safety regulations
Perform in shop service work
Performing other duties as required

Primary Qualifications Required:

Mechanical aptitude, skill and experience with hand tools
Good customer relations, written and verbal communication skills
Innovative and problemsolving skills
Mechanically inclined
Must be able to lift at least 90 lbs
Must be a team player and able to work with mínimal supervision
Flexible and adaptable in any situation
Must be able to work with mínimal supervision
Position will require working overtime and short notice
Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and acceptable Driver's Abstract
Must pass preemployment Drug & Alcohol Testing
