Position Overview:


As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of promoting our home automation products and services.

You will play a vital role in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored home automation solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and informative content for promotional materials, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Reporting: Analyze sales and marketing data to assess performance and make datadriven improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and achieve common objectives.

Qualifications:


  • Passion for customer service;
  • 2+ years of experience in sales positions (Preferably with technical sales)
  • Proven ability to develop and implement business/market plans to penetrate market and achieve targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills
- able to identify, contact, follow up and close out sales leads in a timely manner

  • Creative thinking and a flair for innovative marketing strategies.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and capable of working independently.
  • Consistently achieves sales goals
  • Analytical mindset, ability for solving problems
  • Works in a systematic, methodological and orderly manner for true success
  • Is comfortable with working in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Valid class G driving license
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written presentations, etc.)
