Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn the Case Management System used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries
  • Learn to identify clients' needs in order to recommend the appropriate service or direct them to the relevant team
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools/methods
  • Be able to process forms, applicants, or requests

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different customers and needs in a short period of time
  • Demonstrated professional demeanour
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Have a BA degree
  • Relevant internship or work experience as assets
