We are looking for a Manager, Documentation Services (Title & Registration) to join Element Fleet Management.

As the Manager, you will play a key role in leading one of the portfolio streams within Element Fleet Management.
It is accountable for establishing supplier contracts and relationships to complete Title & Registration for all vehicles within the portfolio.
This role will actively engage with the client to build and strengthen the relationship through the day-to-day operations as well as understand and service their needs within the specific domain.
A Day in the Life- Through oversight of a team of 7 people, drives the planning, coordination, forecasting and completion of daily tasks within for ITR (initial title and registration), Lease Assumptions and Renewals across the portfolio
- Execute performance improvement plans to achieve performance goals and both Financial and Non-Financial SLAs
- Manages the client relationship at the operational level to ensure continued growth in the business
- Drives accountability across relevant stakeholders across Element and supplier network to deliver on commitments
- Drives the weekly operational cadence through stakeholder meetings, reports, updates as appropriate
- Continuously drives improvement and automation initiatives to remove client effort from the value chain
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience leading projects, in a complex environment is preferred
- Process Management experience preferred
- Experience leading people in cross functional settings a plus
- History of successfully navigating complex environments with a high change factor
- Displays client empathy and a strong ability to build relationship, handle escalations and bring issues to resolution to the standards of the client
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above is an asset.
- MS Office Suite, with intermediate experience utilizing Excel
