Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather content and ensure consistency in messaging.

Segment and Target Audience:
- Analyze customer data to segment and target audiences effectively.
3.
Lead Nurturing:
- Develop and optimize lead nurturing workflows to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
4.
Collaborate on Content Creation:
- Ensure alignment with overall marketing and brand strategies.
5.
B2B and B2C Demand Generation:
- Implement demand generation strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand target personas and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Grow the Database size and ensure the data quality is maintained
6.
Analyze and Report:
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
