Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather content and ensure consistency in messaging.

Segment and Target Audience:

Analyze customer data to segment and target audiences effectively.

3.

Lead Nurturing:

Develop and optimize lead nurturing workflows to move leads through the sales funnel.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.

4.

Collaborate on Content Creation:

Ensure alignment with overall marketing and brand strategies.

5.

B2B and B2C Demand Generation:

Implement demand generation strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand target personas and tailor campaigns accordingly.
Grow the Database size and ensure the data quality is maintained

6.

Analyze and Report:

Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
