    Position Summary

    • Reporting to the Supervisor, Inside Sales, this role based in Brampton, Ontario plays a vital part in providing timely support to our dealers, handling product inquiries and orders efficiently.
    • Acting as a representative for the Dealer within Savaria Concord Lifts Inc., this position focuses on ensuring dealer success and adding value to their business.

    Responsibilities

    • Knowledgeable about relevant codes impacting the use of Savaria Concord Products.
    • Expertise in Savaria product features to assist dealers with application and configuration queries.
    • Effectively communicate product benefits to Dealers and end users.
    • Process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Monitor job progress to uphold commitments to Dealers.
    • Collaborate with different departments to address issues promptly.
    • Assist in new business development efforts.
    • Resolve concerns and problems promptly.
    • Maintain updated customer data in databases.
    • Support Sales group as needed.

    Mindset, Skills & Education

    • Must be energetic, eager, and tenacious.
    • Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience.
    • Prior experience in a similar role.
    • Familiarity with MK software and Microsoft Office Applications.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    Salary: 55K plus bonus opportunities (Annual earning potential 60-65K)
