Responsibilities:


  • Technical problem solving by building systems to facilitate business process
  • Assisting in sales presentations
  • Participating in client meetings
  • Performing a variety of tasks for clients, such as troubleshooting technical issues, providing training on our products, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with our team to improve customer service processes and strategies
