Position Summary


As an Analyst on the Audience and Analytics team, you will be positioned for rapid growth and gain hands-on experience working on advanced marketing analysis and audience projects.

You will create, innovate, and guide the analytics process, and suggest recommendations on how to improve.

You will work with engaged client teams, a variety of media, audience and analytics platforms, and data sources that are supported by a strong internal system.


This role can be worked from our Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver offices.

Key Responsibilities

Providing audience and analytics services to our customers:

  • Collect and analyze web analytics data to identify business trends and opportunities.
Create dashboards using a variety of visualization tools (ex:
Analytics reporting, Audience performance/testing). Cearly communicate results to internal & external stakeholders.

  • Auditing of web analytic setups, recommendations for improvement and supporting implementation as needed
  • Working collaboratively with planning teams conduct audience research analysis to identify target audiences for clients. Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies using proprietary and syndicated tools
  • Develop pointofview documents for internal & external stakeholders on audience & analytics topics (ex: technology partners, measurement best practices, privacy, etc.)
Developing optimal processes for performing analytics

Work with Director of Audience & Analytics to create packaged Audience & Analytics products

  • Work closely with internal teams to identify client business needs and look for opportunities to create customized analyses to measure overall Audience and Media Performance
  • Draw on expertise of functional experts within internal teams to continually develop skills and capabilities

Desired Skills & Experience

Your Knowledge:


  • Demonstrated understanding of web analytic platforms and tagging structures, for Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and other analytic tools, in particular Adobe Launch and GTM
  • Data visualization experience (Tableau, Data Studio, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Basic Knowledge of digital media reporting platforms such as DCM, SA360, Facebook, DSPs and other digital reporting platforms
  • Media Research tools (Nielsen, Comscore, Vividata, Pathmatics)
  • Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative

Your Skills & Requirements:


  • Google Analytics certification or Adobe Analytics equivalent with experience managing and manipulating accounts, properties, and views.
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Performance Analytics, Programming, Relational Database Work, or Relevant Academic Experience.
  • Experience in media research tools
  • Strong proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and power point
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field. OR equivalent professional work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: able to maintain positive working relationships with a wide set of internal and external contacts
  • Technicallyminded with a desire to learn about data, marketing and the future of adtech
  • Ability to make the complex simple when describing processes to audiences who might not be so expert in martech
