Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Research tasks:
- Perform building walks throughout the summer and update CBRE's tenant database with
- Database input, maintenance, and extraction. Being able to access our repository of information, extract the information and present it in a manner that is professional and easily followed
- Assist Senior Research Analyst, Research Associates and Sales Trainees with a variety of tasks as needed
- Create client facing presentations detailing a list of viable leasing options
- Update and maintain various research materials including stacking plans and corridor reports
- Find corporation and contact info for various properties
- Field ad hoc agent requests from different teams and aid where needed
- Answer various zoning and official plan related questions usually pertaining to permitted uses (a general knowledge of zoning bylaws across the GTA is ideal)
- Create and analyze market statistics and corresponding materials, including the production of client presentations
Administrative tasks:
- Photo taking
- Deliveries in Financial Core as needed
- Binding and scanning as required
- Requirements
- Enrollment in a postsecondary education program is required with preference given for Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing (Real estate and housing, Urban Planning, Statistics).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
