We are currently seeking an Operations Administrative Specialist to join our Ottawa based team.


What will you be doing?

  • You will develop and maintain key operations documentation, ensure operations workflows are streamlined, use datadriven insights for continuous improvement and share best practice across the operations team and the organization.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements for field services campaigns, including booking hotel rooms, vehicles, work with travel agents for flight bookings maintain tracking for travel confirmation for travelers.
  • Assist with the creation, formatting, editing, and distribution of documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records and files, including financial documents, and inventory lists, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Work with the quality team to ensure operations documentation meets the required standards for audit (AS9100).
  • Assist Security & Compliance Manager in conducting denied party screening on all potential onsite visitors and external contractors.
  • Assist Security & Compliance Manager with security references.
