Function Summary

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the incumbent is responsible for operating, verifying and performing regular maintenance on heating installations consisting of boilers and motors, air conditioning, compressors, pumps and all other auxiliary equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma (12th grade)
  • Two years of recent experience in similar position or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate in mechanical maintenance of the building (preferred) or certificate in the technical field related to buildings
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
