Responsibilities:

Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to operational staff to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve process issues.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Provide technical support for production operations, troubleshooting issues as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in supervision or management within a supply chain or logistics environment.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of data analysis tools, Google Tools (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present findings_._

Pay:
$40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
