Integricon Property Restoration and Construction Group Inc:

  • leading property restoration and construction company in Alberta & southern Ontario
- provides emergency mitigation, restoration and general construction services to properties affected by floods, fires, or other property damage
- on the cutting edge of job management using processes and technology to track and monitor its jobs

We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the GTA with:

  • 3 to 5 years of construction experience, preferably in insurance restoration
- estimating experience
- experience overseeing emergency mitigations and/or construction projects, both residential and commercial
- working knowledge of the building envelope, building sciences and project management
- a dedication to monitoring job costs to ensure job profitability

  • IICRC certification would be an asset
- working knowledge of Xactimate
- computer literacy is a must for this position
