Educational qualification:
High School and/or Culinary degree or diploma(preferred) and/or (preferred).


Languages:
English (required),


Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of Experience in Indian cuisine or equivalent.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, with a specialization in South Indian food items.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all dishes.
• Follow established recipes and cooking techniques to maintain authenticity.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline operations and maintain efficiency.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to guarantee freshness and minimize waste.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the menu and attract a broader customer base.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year to 2 years of experience as a Cook, with a focus on South Indian cuisine.
• Expertise in preparing Traditional South Indian dishes.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
