Reporting To:

The Forklift Operator reports to the Manager
Vancouver Warehouse

Responsibilities:

Could Physically load freight into trailers and process paperwork.
Label and separate parcels according to carrier specifications, preparing them for shipment.
Manage inventory and pick orders when needed.
Observe different processes for different customers as required.
Licensed for operation of standup Raymond Forklift.
Assure that deadlines are met at all times.
Be able to work on the floor with their team to maintain a team work environment
Other duties as requested

Responsibilities:

Palletization of orders
Loading of orders (trailers)
Order loading (Case Pick)
Order tracking
Creation of the Dock Lane
Close the Manifests
Creation of BOL and MBOL
Operational followup with dock workers
Operational support to other departments if requested

Requirements:

At least 1 year prior dispatch experience is required.
Previous experience and/or a familiarity with trucking is required
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and possess excellent problem solving skills
Proficient in Windows Outlook, Microsoft excel, and a transportation management system
Proven experience handling multiple priorities
