Position summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining global employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • HR administrative tasks including but not limited to updating HR databases and spreadsheets (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Field employees' requests and provide relevant information
  • Provide orientations for new employees globally by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
  • Prepare all offer paperwork for new hires globally
  • Assist in monthly and semi monthly US payroll preparation and reporting
  • Acts as primary liaison with employees with regard to global benefits programmes
  • Organization chart maintenance
  • Preparation of reports using our internal HRIS
  • Assisting with international event coordination working within budgets
  • Assisting with international immigration and global mobility
  • Scheduling interviews as required

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • General understanding of basic HR functions
  • Must be a team player with a strong desire to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones potentially starting later in the UK timezone and working to cover some US hours
  • Keen interest in HR operations with the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to learn and adapt to ever changing policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in Excel is a plus
  • University graduate experience
