The Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) channel team is a fast-paced and high performing residential sales team that is at the forefront of innovation for TELUS' go-to-market strategy.

- and community-centric sales strategy is something you're great at, and it's leading the implementation of these plans and driving results where you really shine.
As an innovative Vendor Relationship Manager, you'll oversee the sales execution of Home Solution products within new and expanded markets in Canada.
You're passionate about results and you'll help ensure our sales teams are equipped with the tools, processes and training they need to deliver a best-in-class home security & automation sales experience for our customers.
Here's how:
- Lead single family unit (SFU) sales execution and strategy, in collaboration with sales partners.
- Drive and develop sales and loading initiatives across crossfunctional teams to deliver on strategic priorities.
- Launch SHS & MOB sales, motivate, and train sales partners on key priorities, including protecting the TELUS brand, winning the hearts and minds of the community, improving sales yield, and driving premium value from a premium network.
- Establish a culture of high performance and thought leadership through effective and measurable activities including channel engagement, recognition, performance development and coaching.
- Analyze, manage, and present sales performance results across the organization with a variety of stakeholders, including working level and executive level audiences.
- Drive innovation, creativity, and team collaboration to continuously improve upon best practices and standard processes.

- Recognized for your experience in working across teams, specifically within channel and vendor teams.
- Sales knowledge and experience in facilitating training sessions, with a focus on telecom or security products.
- Known for your ability to build solid relationships with a variety of partners.
- Ability to develop longterm strategy, own and manage a program to support it, and drive execution and delivery with a keen eye for strategy, you have a passion for building and communicating strategy.
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with a strong focus on using data to provide insights, make recommendations and problem solve.
Great-to-haves
- University and/or technical school degree and experience
- 2+ years of training experience
- 5+ years of sales, customer support knowledge or experience
- 5+ years of telecom and/or home security experience
Pay:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
