We are looking for an "International Sales Support & Finished goods Distribution Manager" to support the International sales team with distribution of finished goods to markets outside North-America.

As part of your role, you will be significantly contributing to the organization's growth and your expertise will be a key driver in our transformation of the Motorized sport industry.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Support the Sales team in the growth plan to strategically optimize the dealer network with existing or new products


Strategically target actions with the sales team from INTL Regional General Managers (GMs) and District Sales Managers (DSMs), in building the Action Plans to achieve the desired growth in those markets.

Supervise FG distribution and influence outbound processes in line with the overall Maritime inbound/outbound Logistic Strategies

Direct link with the Supply chain group to build a strong awareness on Distribution complexity and reality.

Direct link with management of each INTL region for increased visibility, communication & alignment in Target achievements.


Manage a team responsible from Order to Cash processes, as well as Logistic & Distribution, for all International markets from all Powersport manufacturing sites.

Work closely with your direct manager to create synergy and deliver on targets.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Fluent English and French, both written and spoken

Occasional travel

5-10 years of professional experience or related

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or related field)

5+ years of experience in wholesale/retail management or Business development management, powersports or automotive industry.

A collaborative mindset to create unity and drive critical thinking across team settings.


Adaptability and strong communication skills combined with the ability to prioritize initiatives will be key in nurturing successful business partnerships while managing a busy schedule.


A strong sense of curiosity in developing the skill set for existing and new tools needed to maintain an organized approach to efficiently deliver on the growth plan.
