Our 35,000 square foot warehouse stocks over 100,000 products including MCC Wrapper/Buckets, Panel Switches, Circuit Breakers, Bus Plugs, Distribution Panel Boards, and so much more.

We stock products of all amperages and voltages to serve residential, commercial, and industrial needs.


The Position:


Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the position will be responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received daily (parts can be shipped in boxes or envelopes) ensuring that the correct goods are picked and shipped in appropriate shipping boxes/mailers.

You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the warehouse, as well as the health and safety.

The incumbent will ensure that all order shipments are accurate and shipped safely ensuring the packages arrive to our customers in perfect condition.

The individual also carries out pickups or deliveries of local parts, from time to time as required, in our delivery van.

It is imperative that this vehicle is driven/kept clean and be operated in a safe and courteous manner.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for organizing and implementing shipping procedures, and processes.
  • Receive product from suppliers
- daily, checking for discrepancies and allocate to inventory.

  • Ship product from inventorydaily involving picking, testing, cleaning, packing, and preparing shipping documents.
  • Ensure product is being shipped in a strategic manner that will ensure its safe (no damage) arrival to it destination.
  • Receive all Customers Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or inbound shipments for forwarding to customers or moving/storage into stock for future shipping.
  • Carry out inventory reconciliation and stock counting.
  • Manage warehouse inventory, study and get to know the product well enough to implement better storage system.
  • Clean up warehouse, ensure there are no potential safety hazards.
  • Assist customers for onsite customer pickups.
  • Operate required material handling equipment/tools (for example, forklift).
  • Carry out from timetotime local pickups and/or deliveries of electrical parts. While driving the company van.
  • Maintain records in the company EPR system (MS Dynamics) to keep track of inbound and outbound shipments. All entries are expected to be done in a timely manner daily.
  • Handle material which requires standing, bending, lifting up to 40lbs of weight.
  • Be a team player by being flexible and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 to 3 years of shipping and receiving experience.
  • 2 to 3 years in inventory control, management.
  • Knowledge on shipping items: product placement in conjunction with weight and momentum to ensure safe travelling.
  • Willingness to learn and selfstudy, must have a basic business aptitude and acumen.
  • Takes initiative self starter.
  • Good work ethics e.g. reliable and punctual.
  • Aptitude to work with warehousing equipment, tools, and workplace safety.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety in the warehouse.
  • Good English skills reading, writing and spoken.
  • Basic MS office and computer skills for data entry.
  • Counterbalance/Reach Certificate is required.
  • Valid Ontario driver license with clean abstract

Wage and Benefits:


  • Hourly rate of $22 $24 depending on qualifications.
