We are currently looking for a Junior Service Advisor/Service Administrator to join our team at Kia Red Deer

Responsibilities Include, but not Limited to:

Completing work orders and collecting payment
Recommending additional service work and upselling maintenance packages
Following up with customers after appointments
Maintaining above region SSI as an advisor
Flexibility in scheduling with training hours of Monday-Friday and eventually Tuesday-Saturday
Filing of parts and service repair orders
Assisting members in service and parts department when required

Skills and Attributes:

Customer service oriented with a passion and eagerness to help when working with a customer
Basic knowledge of automotives an asset
Works well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
Excellent time management skills
