    Description

    The Pharmacy Team at Vernon Jubilee Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist II to join their team. If you want to work at the forefront of healthcare and advance your career, we have an exciting full-time opportunity for you.

    As the Clinical Pharmacist, you will deliver clinical pharmacy services to patients in acute care and residential care settings. Working within a multidisciplinary team, your responsibilities will include assessing patients and making personalized treatment recommendations. Additionally, you will serve as the main source of drug information, provide education, and offer expert advice to healthcare professionals. Monitoring drug prescribing, distribution, and therapy to ensure safe, effective, rational, legal, and economic drug use is also part of the role, along with maintaining workload records and statistics.

    This permanent full-time position offers day shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 and 09:00 to 17:00.


    Compensation: $64.19 per hour
