The Digital Platform Manager will serve as the vital bridge between the Marketing and IT departments, leveraging deep technology understanding to drive marketing strategies and processes.

This role is responsible for delivering and owning the web, messaging and automation platforms our marketers will use to achieve our business goals, enhancing customer engagement and optimizing digital marketing efforts.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop, maintain and take overall ownership of the marketing technology platforms which support our marketing, communications and product experience goals.
  • Collaborate closely with IT to evaluate, select, and implement marketing technology solutions and architectures that align with business goals.
  • Work with marketing Product Owners and Agile Teams to deliver capabilities into the digital platforms which support their product development and manage the integration of marketing technologies with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts and customer experiences.
  • Work with Legal and IT to ensure our data and security requirements are met and ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies in all marketing technology activities.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and technology advancements.
  • Ensure the effective training and support of marketing team members on the effective use of marketing technologies and tools.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from marketing technologies, providing insights to guide marketing strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and innovation in the use of technology in marketing.
