Overview


As part of the Marketing team, we are looking for a driven and methodical professional who will be responsible to provide day-to-day marketing support to the partners and professionals of the firm for a variety of marketing and business development initiatives.


A day in the life of a Marketing Coordinator**- Coordinate the execution of marketing deliverables related to business development initiatives, including but not limited to sponsorships, speaking engagements, memberships, donations and business intelligence.

  • Responsible for coordinating sponsorship and speaking engagement logistics, including communication with external party and internal professionals involved, coordinating Marketing collateral deliverables (logo, ads, articles, social media posts, etc.) and internal processing (payment, tracking, KPIs).
  • Assist with business intelligence and profile research.
  • Source, analyze, and track sponsorship requests and speaking opportunities to support the firm.
  • Develop a basic understanding of our CRM system, Salesforce, to assist in data entry and quality control processes.
  • Assist the team with certain coordination tasks related to events and webinars, such as venue sourcing, guest list generation, registration management, communication deliverables, preparation of event collateral, dayof logistics and virtual production (Zoom, Teams).
  • Participate in a variety of events in the Montréal and/or Toronto offices. Some events will also be linked to outside organizations, firm meetings and clients.

About you:


  • 23 years of relevant work experience
  • Must be bilingual (English/French)
  • Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, sales or business development
  • Knowledge in Salesforce or other CRM platform is a must.
  • Have a strong desire to learn, grow and develop your professional skills.
