As a Business Immigration Lawyer at Fragomen, you will:

Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.
Delegate, oversee and support the work of analyst's, who assist in file preparation, billing and file tracking.
Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa status in Canada
Research issues address them proactively and formulate solutions.

Lets talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience and knowledge of Canadian immigration law
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients and staff
Responsible for managing a broad caseload in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to identify issues, analyze facts and determine appropriate case strategy.
Effectively utilize online research tools and comfortable working with client management systems.
Displays professionalism, quality service and a "positive" can do attitude and contribute to the Firm's overall initiatives.

We work in a hybrid model, 2 days at the office and 3 days at home.
