We are hiring a Fleet Administrator for our Secure Transport division at the Mississauga branch.

What you'll be doing

Fleet list maintenance
Vehicle transfer and disposal request forms
Service Ontario requests: new plates, lease buyout, etc.
License plate renewal for commercial trucks and IRP trucks
Annual driver abstracts
Processing all invoices (fuel, mechanic uniforms, truck plates, etc.)
Fleet parts and inventory: orders and maintaining stock
Assisting with GPS admin: adding geozones, verifying if GPS box is working.
Quarterly IFTA report submission
CVOR certificate renewal and annual CVOR carrier profile

What we're looking for

Excellent excel skills with familiarity in cross tracking
Able to perform with mínimal supervisor
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Organized; detailoriented
Able to extract, enter and input data into various required formats
Selfmotivated, team player with problem solving skills
Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
Strong written and communication skills (English)
Experience and knowledge in geographic mapping
Experience in an administrative role within a fleet environment (an asset)
Experience and/or knowledge of legal compliance with respect to commercial vehicles (an asset)
