ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
McDougall Energy is looking to fill a
Credit Representative position in our head office, located in
Sault Ste. Marie.
This position is responsible for:
- Review Accounts Receivable aging list and credit warning reports in assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Identify and investigate all past due accounts, budgets, and Non-Sufficient Funds.
- Complete risk analysis for customers with past due accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely, efficient manner resulting in achievement of first call resolution targets.
- Participate in the management of incoming calls.
- Participate and facilitate the management of residential budgets payments.
ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in Credit or Accounts Receivable environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize a significant workload
- Ability to handle large volumes of data with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, including the ability to handle sensitive communications
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong computer proficiency; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience working with an ERP system an asset
