We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Data Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

Typical Day in Role:


  • Collect and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
  • Identify patterns and trends in data to help stakeholders make informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain data models, databases, and other data systems
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data and requirements
  • Perform adhoc analysis to answer business questions
  • Continuously monitor and improve data quality and accuracy
  • Stay uptodate with the latest tools and technologies in data analysis and visualization
years of experience in data analysis and visualization
years of experience and strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R
years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or

  • Background or familiarity with Machine Learning/AI

Nice-To-Have Skills:


  • Experience Diagflow
  • Knowledge with ChatBot
  • Experience working with Contact Centers

Education:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Linguistics or a related field.

Fixed term contract


Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
