**Curb Supervisor

  • Patroller**Curb Supervisor:The Curb Supervisor performs a variety of tasks to ensure the safety of all guests of the YEG International Airport, as well as all Clients that operate within the commercial lanes. They work under the direction of Managers on Duty and Parking Team Leads. The Curb Supervisor maintains an organized flow of traffic to help ensure the safety of all pedestrians and transport.
The employee must be able to perform the following essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:


What you will do:


  • Monitors metered area, issuing citations to vehicles in violation of parking ordinances, as necessary
  • Operates twoway radio communication in a simple and polite manner
  • Provides excellent customer service to all parkers, taking every opportunity to assist with questions, potential disputes, and directions
  • Exercises proper judgement, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with both the public and commercial transportation
  • Ensures that the commercial lanes are organized, with all incoming vehicles parking at their designated locations and ensuring that all driving laws, regulations and YEG Airport protocol are being upheld within the commercial lane boundaries
  • Provide a courteous and professional relationship with all customers, vender, coworkers, and management.
  • Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork for each shift
  • Serve as backup to other roles such as cashiers and valets, depending upon skills and training
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekend(s) or a weekend day
  • A valid driver's license, with 3 or less demerits
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Frequently operate small office equipment such as a computer, tablet, and copier/printer, telephone.
  • Must be able to walk, run and potentially stand for long periods of time outside in all weather conditions
  • Work is mainly outdoors

Working Conditions:


  • Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
  • Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
