Job description for Warehouse supervisor:
- The Warehouse Supervisor is fully responsible for the safe, highquality, and productive delivery of 3PL coordination services to our internal and external customers. Main responsibilities for this role include the following and are related to customer relationships, financial accountabilities, and people management.

Responsibilities for Warehouse supervisor:
- Maintain customer relationships
- Support Warehouse Manager in adhering to financial obligations:
- Staff planning to avoid excess overtime expenses.
- Manage staff:
- Manage performance of all reports.
- Ensure adequate training of staff.
- Support and guide growth and development of direct reports.
- Ensure timely performance evaluations.
- Deal with performance issues and consult with HR / Management guidance for complex issues.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Follow programs implemented to ensure the efficient and costeffective operation and utilization of the facility.
- Oversee all warehouse services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance, and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient manner.
- Keep teams up to date with daily operational issues, priorities, etc.
- Comply with all Quality, Health, Safety & Security programs to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property.
- Comply with GMP requirements as applicable to ensure that all
- Strive for continuous improvements in all facets of warehouse operations.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports regarding warehouse operations.
Requirements for Warehouse supervisor:
- 37+ years' experience in Contract Logistics / 3PL / Distribution Centre / Warehouse environment
- 23+ years leadership / supervisory experience with direct reports
- Managerial / direct experience with distribution center
- Excellent understanding of warehouse operations and cost structures
- Knowledge of various production and quality systems (GxP, ISO, Document Control, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, etc.
- Diploma/Degree in International Business, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
Pay Rate for:
- $62-$75k Based on experience
Salary:
$62,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
