    • Must be able to work rotating shift schedules
    • In this position you will prepare and operate multiple CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc. In addition, you will produce high quality parts and materials by running/programming machines to perform the proper operations and by reading and interpreting blueprints.
    Understand specifications and the desired result by reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, etc.
    Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
    Maintains continuity among shifts by documenting and communicating any actions taken or needed
    Make subjective quality decisions regarding part cosmetics/aesthetics
    Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting to Manufacturing Techinicans as their primary resource
    Investigate and perform root cause analysis on non-conformance and scrap events. Communicate as required with Team Leader, Quality Analyst and Programming support on findings and correct dispositioning
    Support process manufacturing capabiity studies and improvement projects
    Act as primary point of contact for operations representation in manufacturing reviews
    Conduct audits of manufacturing processes

    4+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
    ~ Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel and Word)
    ~ Understands, writes and speaks basic and technical English
    ~ Ability to work a variety of shifts
    ~ Strong mechanical aptitude
    ~ Demonstrated proficiency in CNC machinines
