On behalf of our client, we are seeking a talented Senior Business Systems Analyst, who will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business users and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

Utilize your 5+ years of experience to provide expert guidance in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Engage in Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Prioritize features and user stories, making datadriven decisions to drive project success.
Champion SAFe practices within the organization, coaching and guiding teams to achieve optimal results.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring effective communication and mutual understanding.
Facilitate discussions and workshops to elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in SAFe and ERP Peoplesoft.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a
Business Systems Analyst, with a strong background in the
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Proven experience working with
ERP Peoplesoft

Relevant certification in
SAFe is highly desirable.
A track record of successful projects in a similar role.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Adaptability and a willingness to take ownership of projects.
