We are currently looking for a customer focused energetic Live-in Resident Manager for our Quinpool Towers property. If you enjoy cleaning and interaction with others, this may be the role for you.

What you will do:

The daytoday management of the property including cleaning, minor repair/maintenance, diagnosing and resolving problems, and showing units when necessary;
Firstline problem solving to manage tenant issues and build relations;
Arrange, coordinate and supervise onsite trades people;
Respond to emergencies and oncall duty, enforce the rules and regulations of the property;
Snow removal/salting (building entrances) during winter months;
Host resident events;
Shared on call responsibilities.

Who you are:

Previous experience in a customer service role;
Proven communication skills, both written and oral;
Strong computer skills using MS Office and Outlook;
Ability to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision;
Previous experience with Property Management industry and/or as a building superintendent is an asset.
