Job Description |Retailors Project manager
Contract Type:
Fixed-Term, one year
- Works closely with both local architect and GC to address weekly and ongoing issues
- Get familiar with the FOX/NIKE Retail operation standards and DNA and pass it on to vendors, architects, GC
- Planning for risks and problem prevention
- Oversee the scheduling, organization, budgeting and implementation of every project
- Oversee around 68 retail projects at the same time
- Conducting site inspections to ensure quality and site standards are met during construction
- Using various construction management software (Monday and Smartsheets) for planning the smooth flow of work
- Make sure deliverables are aligned with the goals and objectives requested
- Managing daytoday activities for the project management team
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project, such as plans, drawings, site info, and reports
- daily, weekly, and monthly goal setting
- daily and weekly follow ups and meetings to ensure projects are on track as per the set plan
- communicating the project's progress to team members and other stakeholders;
- Translate project objectives into tasks
- Budget and invoice tracking and approvals
Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards; learning in the retail approval process
- Ability to plan and see the "big picture."
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Handling several tasks, especially under pressure
- Superb written and oral communication skills in English
- Taskoriented and selfmotivated and have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Flexible and energetic for delivering in a fastpaced environment
- Forward thinking and confident
- Analytical thinking
Experience Needed:
- Proven working experience in construction management, 35 years minimum; experience in retail construction a plus
- BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field
- English a must, knowledge of other EU languages a plus
